xiaomaimofenjitongchangshiyigexiaoxingjiandandezhifendanyuan,yongyushiyanmofendedaoxiaomaimianfenyangpin。yifangmianyongyuquedingbutongxiaomaidechufenlvjiqitamofenpinzhi,lingyifangmianyonglaitigongfenyang,jinxinghouxudemianfenpinzhicexi。yincitashixiaomaiyuzhongjiejimianfenchangpinzhijiankongbumendeyigezhongyaoshiyangongju。muqian,guojishangshoudaoguangfanyingyongdexiaomaimofenji,zhuyaoyouchujimo、高級磨和自動磨。初級磨由3根磨輥組成,輥徑70mm,全部是齒輥,但齒型不同,形成3個研磨道數,輥間軋距固定。小麥經過3道研磨後,進入一個自帶的回轉圓篩篩出麵粉。由於其輥間軋距固定而且研磨道數過少,造成磨後麵粉出粉率過低。但因其體積小、成本造價低,而仍受到我國小麥育種和製粉界的廣泛采用。高級磨是在初級磨的基礎上發展起來的,由2個初級磨單元組合而成,一組單元用作皮磨係統,而另一組單元用作心磨係統,由平篩替代了旋轉圓篩,能夠生產2種麵粉(皮磨粉和心磨粉)或混合成為通粉。由於研磨係統增加為6道,因此,麵粉出粉率及質量均有所提高,但依然存在輥間軋距固定的缺點。自動磨包括了6個研磨係統和相應的篩理部分。其中3道皮磨安排在一對磨輥上,分3段,每段磨輥表麵齒型和直徑是不同的,以適應每一道研磨的要求,另3道心磨安排在另一對光輥上, 2對磨輥軋距分別能夠調節,全部貨料產品采用風力輸送。可以生產6種麵粉,也可以混合成為通粉,其磨後出粉率接近於大型麵粉廠。
新型國產小麥磨粉機係統的設計要點:shejirenyuanguangfanxiquguojishiyanmofenjishuchengguo,yishiyanmoweijichu,jinmijiehewoguodeshijiqingkuangheyaoqiu,yanzhikaifalexinxingxiaomaimofenjixitong。xiaomaimofenjixitonggongyiliucheng:著水潤麥試驗裝置同麵粉廠一樣,小麥實驗製粉前需要對小麥進行合理的水分調節,改善其物理、生化和加工性能,提高出粉率和成品質量,提供品質較高和對比精確的麵粉樣品。為達此要求,一般硬麥需將水分調節到15%~16%,而軟質麥水分應為14%~15%,潤麥時間達16~24h。changqiyilai,woguoshiyanrenyuanduoshiyongsuliaodaidoudongqizhongxiaomaieryushuihunhe,youyuzhezhongfangshishurenweishougongfangshi,doudongliduheshijianbuyiwending。weiciwomenshejilezhuanmendeRMQ型潤麥裝置用於小麥實驗製粉係統。一定量的小麥著水後在轉筒中旋轉翻騰混合8~12min,達到小麥與水的均勻混合。該裝置結構緊湊、能耗低、操作方便,有效避免了手工混合帶來的不便和著水的不均勻性。該裝置設計有2個轉筒,可供2gexiaomaiyangpintongshijinxingshuifentiaojie。shiyanmofenjishixiaomaimofenjixitongdezhuyaoshebei,youzhejiangtuopuyiqiyouxiangongsiyouhuashejizhizaobingtoufangshichang,gexiangxingnengzhibiaoyidadaoleguowaixianjinshuiping。
該小麥磨粉機包括6個研磨係統和相應的篩分部分,其中有3道皮磨和3道心磨。3道皮磨安排在一對齒輥上,其輥徑和齒型不同; 3daoxinmogunweipenshaguanggun,yishiyingbutongdezuijiayanmoyaoqiu。caiyongshoudongjigoutiaojiemogunzhaju,jinengyouxiaobaozhengyanmoxingnengdewending,younengfangzhijinshuyingwutongguomogunerzaochengyiwaisunhuai。mogunzhajucankaomeiguoAACC審定方法(1999)進行設定。采用電磁振動喂料器喂料,使得喂料率得到嚴格的控製,既保證喂料均勻,又能方便調節所需的各種喂料量。LFS-20型實驗磨粉機的製粉工藝流程,生產6種麵粉樣(3個皮磨粉,3個心磨粉)和大麩、小麩,把所有道的麵粉充分混合後即可獲得要求的麵粉樣。總出粉率可達70%,盡管仍然低於麵粉廠出粉率,但實驗磨粉結果與小麥實際加工相關性很強,且其粉樣所獲得的麵團特性、烘焙和蒸煮試驗性能,均與實際生產麵粉的指標基本一致。
