在zai大da多duo數shu地di震zhen台tai站zhan觀guan測ce儀yi器qi設she備bei的de接jie地di方fang法fa中zhong,有you係xi統tong浮fu地di與yu機ji殼ke接jie地di兩liang大da類lei。所suo謂wei係xi統tong浮fu地di是shi指zhi係xi統tong電dian路lu各ge個ge部bu分fen的de地di線xian不bu與yu大da地di直zhi接jie相xiang連lian,如ru測ce震zhen儀yi器qi的de拾shi震zhen器qi。這zhe種zhong浮fu置zhi式shi的de接jie法fa有you一yi定ding抗kang幹gan擾rao能neng力li,但dan其qi抗kang雷lei擊ji的de性xing能neng較jiao差cha。而er機ji殼ke接jie地di被bei證zheng明ming是shi提ti高gao觀guan測ce儀yi器qi抗kang幹gan擾rao能neng力li的de有you效xiao辦ban法fa,尤you其qi能neng夠gou增zeng強qiang電dian子zi儀yi器qi防fang雷lei擊ji的de能neng力li。接jie地di電dian阻zu等deng於yu接jie地di裝zhuang置zhi對dui地di電dian壓ya與yu通tong過guo接jie地di體ti流liu入ru地di中zhong電dian流liu的de比bi值zhi關guan係xi。對dui於yu地di震zhen台tai站zhan來lai說shuo,接jie地di電dian阻zu的de大da小xiao決jue定ding了le觀guan測ce儀yi器qi防fang雷lei、防(fang)高(gao)壓(ya)破(po)壞(huai)能(neng)力(li)的(de)大(da)小(xiao)。在(zai)高(gao)原(yuan)地(di)區(qu),由(you)於(yu)電(dian)力(li)基(ji)礎(chu)設(she)施(shi)建(jian)設(she)不(bu)完(wan)善(shan),供(gong)電(dian)係(xi)統(tong)電(dian)壓(ya)穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)較(jiao)差(cha),電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi)高(gao)時(shi)低(di),瞬(shun)間(jian)電(dian)壓(ya)閃(shan)爍(shuo)時(shi)有(you)發(fa)生(sheng),這(zhe)種(zhong)現(xian)象(xiang)經(jing)常(chang)產(chan)生(sheng)浪(lang)湧(yong)電(dian)壓(ya),造(zao)成(cheng)儀(yi)器(qi)設(she)備(bei)的(de)損(sun)壞(huai);氣(qi)象(xiang)方(fang)麵(mian)的(de)原(yuan)因(yin)也(ye)是(shi)非(fei)常(chang)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)一(yi)個(ge)因(yin)素(su),在(zai)夏(xia)季(ji),高(gao)原(yuan)地(di)區(qu)也(ye)經(jing)常(chang)出(chu)現(xian)雷(lei)電(dian),感(gan)應(ying)雷(lei)電(dian)現(xian)象(xiang)頻(pin)頻(pin)發(fa)生(sheng)。在(zai)這(zhe)些(xie)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),如(ru)果(guo)儀(yi)器(qi)設(she)備(bei)的(de)接(jie)地(di)電(dian)阻(zu)較(jiao)大(da),就(jiu)會(hui)在(zai)儀(yi)器(qi)機(ji)殼(ke)或(huo)在(zai)接(jie)地(di)端(duan)附(fu)近(jin)聚(ju)積(ji)大(da)量(liang)電(dian)荷(he),如(ru)果(guo)不(bu)能(neng)將(jiang)其(qi)迅(xun)速(su)釋(shi)放(fang)至(zhi)地(di)下(xia),就(jiu)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)壓(ya)降(jiang),如(ru)果(guo)熔(rong)斷(duan)絲(si)不(bu)能(neng)迅(xun)速(su)斷(duan)開(kai),就(jiu)會(hui)使(shi)儀(yi)器(qi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)路(lu)失(shi)靈(ling),高(gao)壓(ya)會(hui)直(zhi)接(jie)加(jia)載(zai)至(zhi)儀(yi)器(qi)部(bu)件(jian),產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)強(qiang)電(dian)流(liu)將(jiang)使(shi)儀(yi)器(qi)設(she)備(bei)中(zhong)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)穩(wen)壓(ya)、數字采集、運算放大、傳感器等敏感電路或元件擊壞,因此良好的接地電阻是儀器設備正常工作的基本保證。
川西高原地震台大多位於山腰或山溝,設置接地裝置時,除了需要顧及接地形狀、材料、降低接地電阻的掩埋材料及深度等,還應充分考慮附近地形的複雜程度、接地坑底的情況,如幹燥土層下多為角礫岩、花崗岩,挖掘山洞時大量堆積的廢棄石料等;如(ru)果(guo)當(dang)地(di)年(nian)降(jiang)雨(yu)量(liang)少(shao),土(tu)壤(rang)幹(gan)燥(zao)就(jiu)會(hui)使(shi)得(de)電(dian)阻(zu)率(lv)較(jiao)大(da),由(you)於(yu)冬(dong)夏(xia)兩(liang)季(ji)土(tu)壤(rang)濕(shi)度(du)變(bian)化(hua)大(da),所(suo)以(yi)電(dian)阻(zu)率(lv)變(bian)化(hua)也(ye)較(jiao)大(da),一(yi)般(ban)電(dian)阻(zu)率(lv)呈(cheng)現(xian)出(chu)夏(xia)天(tian)低(di)冬(dong)天(tian)高(gao)的(de)現(xian)象(xiang)。
因此,在接地麵積、接地洞坑的大小、回填土壤導電性等方麵差別很大,既不能按一般內地平原地區的設計標準進行;由於經費的限製,又不能過多地加大設置。隻有因地製宜,同時考慮長期保持接地裝置土壤濕潤,才能保證冬季時接地電阻小於4.
2部分台站老式裝置接地電阻
根據國家二類測震基本台設置接地裝置的要求,康定地震中心站於1987年對姑咱、鄉城2個地震台進行了相應改造,其中包括接地電阻的測試工作。安裝初期測量接地電阻姑咱為1 6 ,鄉城為3 5 ;曆經16年後2004年8月檢測的結果分別為18和10 ,電阻均不同程度地增大。經現場分析後認為導致接地電阻增大的主要原因是接地體被腐蝕、周圍土壤導電性能下降、土層幹燥、yinxianhengjiemianbianxiao。ganzidizhentaididianceliangjiedixiandecailiaocaiyongdeshiliangzhangbingxingpushedeqianban,yanmaicailiaozhuyaoweijiangzujiheturang。suiranjiedikengdichuheanbianshashididuan,qijiedidianzuzai30左(zuo)右(you)。對(dui)於(yu)地(di)電(dian)觀(guan)測(ce)而(er)言(yan),這(zhe)個(ge)阻(zu)值(zhi)符(fu)合(he)要(yao)求(qiu),但(dan)是(shi)比(bi)照(zhao)其(qi)它(ta)觀(guan)測(ce)儀(yi)器(qi)接(jie)地(di)電(dian)阻(zu)要(yao)求(qiu),這(zhe)個(ge)阻(zu)值(zhi)大(da)了(le),應(ying)增(zeng)加(jia)接(jie)地(di)體(ti)或(huo)接(jie)地(di)麵(mian)積(ji)。降(jiang)低(di)接(jie)地(di)電(dian)阻(zu)的(de)措(cuo)施(shi)應(ying)考(kao)慮(lv)接(jie)地(di)體(ti)自(zi)身(shen)電(dian)阻(zu)、接地體與土壤的電阻,土壤的電阻率、引線的電阻等等。根據規劃設計,地震台站接地裝置有雙層閉合矩形、鉛板形、單層閉合帶形、單層放射狀帶形四種形狀,這些均為人工接地極。經過單台設置檢測證明,多數地震台站場地麵積小、土壤電阻率及土層濕潤條件較差,在川西高原采用單層帶形(或放射狀)接地裝置不容易達到接地電阻小於4的要求。
3接地裝置的改善方法及維護管理建議
1灌(guan)水(shui)式(shi)接(jie)地(di)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)示(shi)意(yi)圖(tu)在(zai)條(tiao)件(jian)允(yun)許(xu)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia)設(she)置(zhi)帶(dai)形(xing)接(jie)地(di)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)外(wai),一(yi)般(ban)應(ying)根(gen)據(ju)台(tai)站(zhan)實(shi)情(qing)設(she)置(zhi)立(li)體(ti)構(gou)架(jia)形(xing)接(jie)地(di)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。需(xu)要(yao)在(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)注(zhu)意(yi)的(de)因(yin)素(su)還(hai)有(you): ( 1)選擇合適的接地材料。應選用導電性能更好的接地線材料,如具有防腐性能的鍍鋅扁鋼、角鋼、寬口徑鋼管。降阻材料要選擇既防腐又能夠增強導電性能的降阻劑和木炭。引線材料最好采用寬口徑的鍍鋅鋼管及扁鋼; ( 2)baozhenggoujiajieditijihanjiedezhiliang。goujiajieditizhutikuangjiashi,jiangjiaogangsheweikuangjializhu,gangguansheweishuangcengkuangjiazhuti,biangangyongyufuzhulianjie,qiejinliangshaoyongduanjianlianjie,yaoqiuwuxuhan; ( 3)更換土壤。一般情況下,不宜再用從接地坑中起出的帶石塊較多的土壤,必要時更換為細土壤,即從它處搬運無雜物、無腐蝕性的新細土。回填次序為:在放置接地體前,先墊0 3 0 5 m的新土層,待接地體放置並焊接完成以後,在新土層麵用降阻劑包裹鋼管及角鋼等,並回填更換的土壤至地麵。( 4)添加降阻材料。掩埋時添加降阻劑相當於增粗加大接地體外形尺寸,是目前普遍推廣的降阻方法。具體做法是:用兌水調和後的降阻劑將接地鋼管、角鋼等主體材料嚴密包裹,其包裹厚度為3 5 cm,尤you其qi注zhu意yi將jiang焊han接jie點dian包bao裹guo嚴yan實shi。待dai凝ning固gu後hou,回hui填tian土tu壤rang夯hang實shi即ji可ke。有you條tiao件jian的de地di震zhen台tai站zhan除chu添tian加jia降jiang阻zu劑ji外wai,還hai可ke在zai接jie地di體ti周zhou圍wei鋪pu墊dian一yi層ceng適shi量liang的de碎sui木mu炭tan。木mu炭tan具ju有you減jian緩huan接jie地di體ti腐fu蝕shi性xing和he吸xi水shui性xing的de優you點dian。( 5)設置灌水管裝置。高原地震台設置接地裝置時,推薦使用由多根鋼管( 20 mm左右, 3 5根)排列組成,這樣就能夠兼顧後續使用中具備灌水的功能()。這(zhe)樣(yang)做(zuo)的(de)目(mu)的(de)是(shi)為(wei)了(le)減(jian)小(xiao)引(yin)線(xian)與(yu)接(jie)地(di)體(ti)的(de)電(dian)阻(zu),防(fang)止(zhi)單(dan)根(gen)引(yin)線(xian)因(yin)鏽(xiu)蝕(shi)而(er)增(zeng)大(da)的(de)接(jie)地(di)電(dian)阻(zu)。同(tong)時(shi),引(yin)線(xian)鋼(gang)管(guan)在(zai)接(jie)地(di)坑(keng)中(zhong)呈(cheng)均(jun)勻(yun)布(bu)設(she),與(yu)接(jie)地(di)體(ti)多(duo)點(dian)焊(han)接(jie);bingyijiedimianjiweicanzhao,zaidizhongyinxianguanbuweizuanshangshiliangxiaokong,zaichuludipingchuqiyixiaoshuichi,yibianzaiganzaojijiejiedidianzuchaobiaoshi,rengongtongguoxiaoshuichixiangjiedizhuangzhiguanshui,baochijiedizhuangzhijizhoubianturangyidingdeshirunxing,zheyangjiunenggoubaochijiedidianzuwendingzai4以yi下xia。實shi踐jian證zheng明ming,這zhe種zhong具ju備bei後hou續xu灌guan水shui能neng力li的de接jie地di裝zhuang置zhi能neng克ke服fu高gao原yuan地di震zhen台tai站zhan接jie地di電dian阻zu隨sui季ji節jie性xing變bian化hua的de弊bi端duan。比bi如ru,康kang定ding地di震zhen中zhong心xin站zhan結jie合he台tai站zhan實shi情qing,利li用yong場chang地di條tiao件jian及ji建jian房fang等deng,已yi先xian後hou建jian成cheng甘gan孜zi地di震zhen台tai等deng不bu同tong形xing狀zhuang且qie接jie地di電dian阻zu小xiao於yu4的接地裝置。
我們在川西高原的做法主要有以下幾種接地體類型。( 1)利用房屋地圈梁擴展接地體。甘孜、xiangchengjibatangdizhentaichongfenliyongxiujianxinguancefangjicao,zaibushehuanxingjiediduxinbiangangdengshixianghou,caiyongduodianhanjiebanfa,yufangwudiquanlianglianjie,kuozhanlejiediti。jingceshi,jiedidianzuwei1 6 3 0.( 2)放射狀單層帶形接地體。比如道孚地震台地處潮濕的硝水溝內,土層濕潤,采用了放射狀帶形接地體。經測試,接地電阻為1 4.( 3)具備後續灌水的接地裝置。姑咱地震台洞門前多為挖掘山洞時堆積的石塊,且十分幹燥。在采用了加大接地體、更換土壤、增zeng添tian降jiang阻zu材cai料liao等deng措cuo施shi後hou,用yong鋼gang管guan將jiang洞dong內nei排pai出chu的de裂lie隙xi水shui引yin入ru接jie地di體ti周zhou圍wei,形xing成cheng灌guan水shui式shi接jie地di裝zhuang置zhi。這zhe種zhong形xing式shi的de接jie地di裝zhuang置zhi較jiao好hao地di解jie決jue了le幹gan燥zao地di段duan接jie地di電dian阻zu隨sui季ji節jie變bian化hua大da的de難nan題ti,並bing具ju有you在zai高gao原yuan地di震zhen台tai推tui廣guang使shi用yong的de價jia值zhi。經jing測ce試shi,接jie地di電dian阻zu為wei0 8.
