光周期對試管薯生長的影響
長(chang)期(qi)以(yi)來(lai)人(ren)們(men)生(sheng)產(chan)脫(tuo)毒(du)種(zhong)薯(shu)都(dou)是(shi)以(yi)脫(tuo)毒(du)苗(miao)為(wei)基(ji)礎(chu),但(dan)是(shi)脫(tuo)毒(du)苗(miao)栽(zai)植(zhi)過(guo)程(cheng)繁(fan)瑣(suo),成(cheng)活(huo)率(lv)低(di)等(deng)因(yin)素(su)大(da)大(da)限(xian)製(zhi)了(le)脫(tuo)毒(du)種(zhong)薯(shu)的(de)生(sheng)產(chan)與(yu)推(tui)廣(guang)。馬(ma)鈴(ling)薯(shu)脫(tuo)毒(du)試(shi)管(guan)薯(shu)(Microtuber)是指在培養瓶內通過誘導,形成的直徑為2~10mm大小的塊莖。試管薯生產不受氣候影響,可以常年快速生產。試管薯不僅具有試管苗的所有優點,而且由於體積小、重量輕,繁殖期間杜絕了外來病菌的再次侵染,貯藏、運輸、種植方便。當然,試管苗也會受到溫度、光照等的影響,下文我們主要研究下光照周期對試管薯的影響,其中我們需要借助光照培養箱等儀器,來提供一個光照可調節的生長環境。
實驗結果:3個ge馬ma鈴ling薯shu品pin種zhong試shi管guan苗miao培pei養yang階jie段duan光guang周zhou期qi越yue短duan,黑hei暗an誘you導dao後hou試shi管guan薯shu產chan生sheng的de速su度du越yue快kuai,但dan是shi小xiao薯shu率lv較jiao高gao,說shuo明ming短duan光guang周zhou期qi培pei養yang有you利li於yu試shi管guan薯shu的de誘you導dao,但dan是shi在zai短duan光guang周zhou期qi培pei養yang試shi管guan苗miao較jiao弱ruo,誘you導dao試shi管guan薯shu產chan生sheng的de營ying養yang體ti較jiao弱ruo,所suo以yi產chan生sheng的de試shi管guan薯shu較jiao小xiao。但dan是shi,在zai長chang光guang周zhou期qi條tiao件jian下xia培pei養yang得de試shi管guan苗miao較jiao健jian壯zhuang,則ze不bu利li於yu試shi管guan薯shu的de發fa生sheng,黑hei暗an誘you導dao一yi定ding時shi間jian後hou,減jian弱ruo了le試shi管guan苗miao的de生sheng長chang勢shi,則ze產chan生sheng試shi管guan薯shu的de速su度du加jia快kuai。3個品種對光周期的敏感度也不同,大西洋最為敏感,黑暗誘導的前2d,長光周期培養的試管苗沒有試管薯產生,而克新1號最不敏感,黑暗誘導2 d後hou,各ge個ge處chu理li都dou有you試shi管guan薯shu產chan生sheng,隻zhi是shi長chang光guang周zhou期qi培pei養yang的de試shi管guan苗miao產chan生sheng的de試shi管guan薯shu少shao一yi些xie。這zhe種zhong敏min感gan性xing主zhu要yao表biao現xian在zai試shi管guan薯shu誘you導dao的de初chu始shi階jie段duan,到dao誘you導dao後hou期qi,主zhu要yao基ji因yin型xing決jue定ding了le不bu同tong品pin種zhong試shi管guan薯shu產chan生sheng的de數shu量liang,不bu同tong品pin種zhong需xu要yao不bu同tong的de最zui佳jia光guang周zhou期qi。用yong光量子記錄儀及時記錄試管內的光照強度變化,並做記錄。有利於我們更好的了解光照對試管薯的影響。
