糧食檢驗必須堅持三個原則
1、要把握檢驗質量關
在(zai)糧(liang)食(shi)入(ru)庫(ku)時(shi),檢(jian)驗(yan)人(ren)員(yuan)必(bi)須(xu)堅(jian)持(chi)檢(jian)驗(yan)標(biao)準(zhun),嚴(yan)把(ba)收(shou)購(gou)質(zhi)量(liang)關(guan),以(yi)便(bian)於(yu)安(an)全(quan)儲(chu)糧(liang),便(bian)於(yu)輪(lun)換(huan)為(wei)原(yuan)則(ze)。按(an)照(zhao)入(ru)庫(ku)流(liu)轉(zhuan)程(cheng)序(xu),首(shou)先(xian)要(yao)由(you)檢(jian)驗(yan)人(ren)員(yuan)確(que)定(ding)接(jie)收(shou)的(de)糧(liang)食(shi)是(shi)否(fou)合(he)乎(hu)標(biao)準(zhun),一(yi)般(ban)要(yao)收(shou)購(gou)中(zhong)等(deng)糧(liang)以(yi)上(shang)為(wei)主(zhu),對(dui)出(chu)糙(cao)率(lv)、整精米率、雜質、水分、色澤、氣味等都有嚴格要求,對大批量入庫的糧食,必須要經過二次驗質。堅決防止以陳充新,以次充好。對雜質、shuifenchaobiaodeliangshi,yaojingguozhengliliangshaidadaobiaozhunzairuku,bufuhebiaozhundeliangshidujueruku。yaomingquezeren,benzheshuizhuguan,shuifuzedeyuanze。liangshirukuzhijiezerenrenshijianyanyuan、保管員,一旦發現入庫糧食達不到標準,降等降價所造成的經濟損失,就由他們負責。總之各負其責,密切配合、相互製約,確保糧食質量安全。
2、要嚴格把握糧食儲存保管關
保管人員、檢驗人員要根據糧食入庫時間長短、等級、水分、溫wen度du濕shi度du高gao低di要yao有you完wan整zheng記ji錄lu,做zuo到dao心xin中zhong有you數shu。對dui那na些xie水shui分fen大da,溫wen度du高gao的de糧liang食shi,一yi定ding要yao采cai取qu訪fang範fan措cuo施shi,把ba問wen題ti消xiao滅mie在zai萌meng芽ya中zhong。並bing根gen據ju儲chu糧liang時shi間jian長chang短duan、自然分解代謝營養物質和能量變化,要進行定期或不定期檢查。保管、檢驗人員必須依照儲糧技術規範和要求,按照不同糧食品種的質量判定標準,進行全麵準確的檢測如:麵筋、吸水量、脂肪酸值、油脂氧化值、suanjiayijipinchangzhidengquyanghuayanfenxi,genjuhuayanjieguo,quedinggaipinzhongliangyoushifouyicun,yicizuoweiqushelunhuandeyiju。duibuyichucundeliangshiyaojishixiechujianyibaogao,youshangjizhuguanbumenpizhun,fangkelunhuan。
3、要嚴把蟲害、黴變關

4、轉變觀念,推陳出新,科學管理
國家儲備糧的質量是儲糧的基礎,也是滿足人們生活的保證。過去在糧食產、購、銷、調、運、jiadeguochengzhong,wangwangzhizhongshiwanchengshougoushuliang,duiyuliangshipinzhiwenti,zhongshibugou。zhuyaoshiguoqunongyeshengchanluohou,liangshichanliangdixia,manzubuleguangdarenminxuyao。erjinnongyefazhanle,liangshiyuelaiyuefengfu,shenghuozhiliangyoulehendatigao。bujinyaoqiushuifenhedengjifuheyaoqiu,gengyaozailiangshipinzhihao、營養好、口感好,來適應人民群眾食用需求。一方麵首先從糧食種植源頭上著手,要精選良種,繁育新品種;另一方麵大力鼓勵農民賣好糧、賣高等級的存在周期性強、投入大產出少等特點。因此吉林省在農業上存在科學技術相對落後、資金投入不足等問題。
