對野菊花種子發芽的研究

本試驗采用了最常規的酸、堿、沸(fei)水(shui)浸(jin)泡(pao)等(deng)前(qian)處(chu)理(li)方(fang)法(fa),上(shang)述(shu)實(shi)驗(yan)結(jie)果(guo)表(biao)明(ming),經(jing)過(guo)簡(jian)單(dan)前(qian)處(chu)理(li)後(hou)並(bing)不(bu)能(neng)顯(xian)著(zhu)提(ti)高(gao)野(ye)菊(ju)花(hua)種(zhong)子(zi)的(de)發(fa)芽(ya)勢(shi)和(he)發(fa)芽(ya)率(lv),除(chu)了(le)溫(wen)水(shui)浸(jin)泡(pao)能(neng)提(ti)高(gao)種(zhong)子(zi)發(fa)芽(ya)率(lv)外(wai),酸(suan)和(he)堿(jian)處(chu)理(li)都(dou)抑(yi)製(zhi)了(le)野(ye)菊(ju)花(hua)種(zhong)子(zi)的(de)萌(meng)發(fa),在(zai)高(gao)溫(wen)處(chu)理(li)下(xia)種(zhong)子(zi)幾(ji)乎(hu)全(quan)部(bu)死(si)亡(wang)。外(wai)源(yuan)激(ji)素(su)可(ke)以(yi)打(da)破(po)種(zhong)子(zi)休(xiu)眠(mian)期(qi),促(cu)使(shi)種(zhong)子(zi)快(kuai)速(su)萌(meng)發(fa),顯(xian)著(zhu)提(ti)高(gao)某(mou)些(xie)植(zhi)物(wu)種(zhong)子(zi)的(de)發(fa)芽(ya)率(lv)和(he)發(fa)芽(ya)勢(shi)。本(ben)試(shi)驗(yan)結(jie)果(guo)表(biao)明(ming),在(zai)外(wai)源(yuan)激(ji)素(su)刺(ci)激(ji)下(xia),野(ye)菊(ju)花(hua)種(zhong)子(zi)發(fa)芽(ya)率(lv)和(he)發(fa)芽(ya)勢(shi)並(bing)沒(mei)有(you)顯(xian)著(zhu)提(ti)高(gao),6-BA 和 IBA 對種子萌發都有一定的抑製作用,NAA 組雖然在一定程度上促進了野菊花種子萌發,但與對照組相比並無顯著性差異。
因(yin)為(wei)生(sheng)長(chang)激(ji)素(su)在(zai)高(gao)濃(nong)度(du)時(shi)對(dui)種(zhong)子(zi)的(de)萌(meng)發(fa)有(you)抑(yi)製(zhi)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong),低(di)濃(nong)度(du)作(zuo)用(yong)不(bu)明(ming)顯(xian)。而(er)本(ben)實(shi)驗(yan)沒(mei)做(zuo)激(ji)素(su)濃(nong)度(du)試(shi)驗(yan),故(gu)還(hai)要(yao)做(zuo)進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)的(de)探(tan)討(tao)。不(bu)同(tong)的(de)溫(wen)度(du)處(chu)理(li)能(neng)改(gai)變(bian)種(zhong)子(zi)表(biao)麵(mian)的(de)結(jie)構(gou)和(he)種(zhong)子(zi)內(nei)部(bu)某(mou)些(xie)物(wu)質(zhi)( 如酶等) 的(de)化(hua)學(xue)結(jie)構(gou)及(ji)性(xing)質(zhi),通(tong)過(guo)對(dui)這(zhe)些(xie)物(wu)質(zhi)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong),影(ying)響(xiang)種(zhong)子(zi)的(de)萌(meng)發(fa)。野(ye)菊(ju)花(hua)種(zhong)子(zi)無(wu)需(xu)特(te)殊(shu)處(chu)理(li)即(ji)可(ke)有(you)較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)發(fa)芽(ya)率(lv),溫(wen)度(du)是(shi)影(ying)響(xiang)野(ye)菊(ju)種(zhong)子(zi)萌(meng)發(fa)的(de)關(guan)鍵(jian)因(yin)素(su),25 ℃ 是野菊花種子萌發比較合適的溫度。中國糧油儀器網 http://www.98fo.cn/
