福州:精加工損失營養 粗加工大米受歡迎

據業內人士介紹,從食品安全方麵考慮,我國2009年開始實施的大米標準進一步提升了大米加工標準,在加工精度上將大米分為4個級別。其中級別最低的四級大米的標準為:大米背溝有皮,粒麵皮層殘留不超過1/3的占75%以上。三級大米的標準為:大米背溝有皮,粒麵皮層殘留不超過1/5的占80%以上。二級大米的標準為:大米背溝有皮,米胚和粒麵皮層去淨的占85%以上。一級大米的要求最高:大米背溝無皮,或有皮不成線,米胚和粒麵皮層去淨的占90%以上。
