不規則物體的投影麵積檢測
對不規則物體外形進行檢測時,通常采用光電檢測方式。但當物體外形較大時,需較大麵積的麵陣 CCD 作為接收器件,而 CCD 像麵有限,不能滿足測量要求。故以環形燈為光源、CCD 為圖像采集單元設計不規則物體投影麵測量係統,通過圖像處理方式指示微位移機構自動調焦,將被測物體成像在 CCD 像麵上,然後與標準件所呈的像對比,得到不規則物體的投影麵積。
