小麥穀物中有磁性的金屬應該如何去測定

為解決測量小麥穀物磁性金屬含量的實際問題,我們對測定方法進行了研究探討,提出了用磁性金屬物測定器和磁鐵吸引結合法(簡稱雙磁法),cedingxiaomaifenzhongcixingjinshuwuhanliang。shuangcifajiushizaicixingjinshuwucedingqifadejichushang,zaiyongcitiexiyinchucixingjinshuwu,shizhiyutianjiajifenli,cechucixingjinshuwuhanliang。
樣品來源在遼寧市場上流通的商品小麥粉,產地分別為山東、河南、江蘇、安徽、河北、遼寧等省。樣品製備試驗樣品每份3kg,fenbiecongshichangchouquheshiyanshirenweitianjia,shiyanshiduibiyangpinyongshenyangdangdichandewutianjiajixiaomaifenzuojidi,fenbieanbutongjiliangtianjiafenxichundeguoyanghuabenjiaxian、溴酸鉀、碳酸氫鈉。
測定方法:磁性金屬物測定儀法,按《GB5509-1985糧食、油料檢驗 粉類磁性金屬物測定法》中第一法磁性金屬物測定器法測定小麥粉中磁性金屬物。磁鐵吸引法按《GB5509-1985糧食、油料檢驗 粉類磁性金屬物測定法》中zhong第di二er法fa磁ci鐵tie吸xi引yin法fa測ce定ding小xiao麥mai粉fen中zhong磁ci性xing金jin屬shu物wu。原yuan理li使shi小xiao麥mai粉fen均jun勻yun緩huan慢man地di流liu過guo磁ci性xing金jin屬shu物wu測ce定ding器qi淌tang板ban,磁ci性xing金jin屬shu物wu被bei淌tang板ban上shang的de電dian磁ci鐵tie吸xi住zhu,用yong四si氯lv化hua碳tan洗xi去qu磁ci性xing金jin屬shu物wu中zhong的de粉fen粒li,烘hong幹gan後hou用yong磁ci鐵tie吸xi引yin出chu磁ci性xing金jin屬shu物wu,使shi磁ci性xing金jin屬shu物wu與yu添tian加jia劑ji分fen離li,測ce出chu小xiao麥mai粉fen中zhong磁ci性xing金jin屬shu物wu含han量liang。
儀器、試劑和用具:磁性金屬物測定儀;磁鐵:吸力不少於12kg,馬蹄形;天平:感量0.0001g,0.1g;電爐;四氯化碳;坩堝、表麵皿、毛刷等。操作方法從平均樣品中稱取試樣1kg,倒(dao)入(ru)磁(ci)性(xing)金(jin)屬(shu)物(wu)測(ce)定(ding)器(qi)上(shang)部(bu)的(de)容(rong)器(qi)內(nei),接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)源(yuan),將(jiang)電(dian)磁(ci)鐵(tie)通(tong)電(dian),開(kai)動(dong)電(dian)機(ji),調(tiao)節(jie)流(liu)量(liang)控(kong)製(zhi)板(ban),使(shi)試(shi)樣(yang)經(jing)淌(tang)板(ban)流(liu)到(dao)盛(sheng)樣(yang)箱(xiang)內(nei)。試(shi)樣(yang)流(liu)完(wan)後(hou),切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan),斷(duan)磁(ci),刷(shua)下(xia)磁(ci)性(xing)金(jin)屬(shu)物(wu)放(fang)入(ru)表(biao)麵(mian)皿(min)中(zhong),再(zai)將(jiang)試(shi)樣(yang)按(an)上(shang)法(fa)進(jin)行(xing)三(san)次(ci),將(jiang)各(ge)次(ci)磁(ci)性(xing)金(jin)屬(shu)物(wu)合(he)並(bing)於(yu)坩(gan)堝(guo)中(zhong),用(yong)四(si)氯(lv)化(hua)碳(tan)漂(piao)洗(xi)數(shu)次(ci),直(zhi)至(zhi)無(wu)漂(piao)浮(fu)物(wu)為(wei)止(zhi),把(ba)剩(sheng)餘(yu)物(wu)烘(hong)幹(gan),冷(leng)卻(que),倒(dao)在(zai)幹(gan)淨(jing)的(de)玻(bo)璃(li)板(ban)上(shang),用(yong)一(yi)張(zhang)白(bai)紙(zhi)包(bao)住(zhu)磁(ci)鐵(tie)兩(liang)極(ji),在(zai)剩(sheng)餘(yu)物(wu)上(shang)移(yi)動(dong),使(shi)磁(ci)性(xing)金(jin)屬(shu)物(wu)吸(xi)附(fu)在(zai)白(bai)紙(zhi)上(shang),然(ran)後(hou)將(jiang)白(bai)紙(zhi)朝(chao)上(shang)取(qu)下(xia)磁(ci)鐵(tie),把(ba)白(bai)紙(zhi)上(shang)的(de)磁(ci)性(xing)金(jin)屬(shu)物(wu)倒(dao)入(ru)已(yi)知(zhi)重(zhong)量(liang)的(de)坩(gan)堝(guo)(W0)中,按此法進行數次,直至無吸附物為止,合並於坩堝中,稱重(W1)。檢驗結果見表1、表2。
結果計算磁性金屬物(mg/kg)=(W1-W0)×1000式中:W0―坩堝重量,g;W1―磁性金屬物和坩堝重量,g。雙試驗以最高含量為測定結果。

磁性金屬物測定儀法結果偏高,從表1看,人工添加化學物質,如添加過氧化苯甲酰、溴酸甲、tansuanqingnadexiaomaifen,yongcixingjinshuwucedingqifacedingcixingjinshuwujieguomingxianpiangao,buzhunque,qietianjialiangyueduo,cedingjieguowuchayueda。jidicixingjinshuwuhanliangshi0.0020g/kg,而添加過氧化苯甲酰、溴酸甲、碳酸氫鈉最大允許量時,測定結果都超過標準規定(0.003g/kg)。

從表2看,隨機取樣測定,小麥粉中不同程度地加了添加劑,用磁性金屬物測定儀法測定磁性金屬物結果偏高,沒能真實反映產品質量,有40%的(de)合(he)格(ge)品(pin)超(chao)過(guo)標(biao)準(zhun)規(gui)定(ding),給(gei)生(sheng)產(chan)企(qi)業(ye)和(he)經(jing)銷(xiao)商(shang)造(zao)成(cheng)不(bu)應(ying)有(you)的(de)損(sun)失(shi)。從(cong)磁(ci)性(xing)金(jin)屬(shu)物(wu)測(ce)定(ding)器(qi)測(ce)定(ding)小(xiao)麥(mai)粉(fen)磁(ci)性(xing)金(jin)屬(shu)物(wu)的(de)原(yuan)理(li)和(he)操(cao)作(zuo)方(fang)法(fa)分(fen)析(xi),該(gai)方(fang)法(fa)測(ce)定(ding)結(jie)果(guo)不(bu)真(zhen)實(shi)、shuzhipiangaoshibukebimiande,yinweiyongcifacedingxiaomaifencixingjinshuwushi,zaitangbanshangliucunyouxiaomaifen,erxiaomaifenzhonghunyoutianjiajiheshazi,tianjiajigengyixifuyutangbanshang,tamensuicixingjinshuwuyitongsaoruganguonei,yongsilvhuatanpiaoxi,bunengchuqushazihetianjiaji,yinweishazihetianjiajibizhongda,tamenbupiaofuzaisilvhuatanyemianshang,ershitongcixingjinshuwuyiqichenyuganguodi,zaochengcedingjieguomingxianpiangao,buzhenshi。
磁鐵吸引法結果偏低從表1看(kan),人(ren)工(gong)添(tian)加(jia)化(hua)學(xue)物(wu)質(zhi),用(yong)磁(ci)鐵(tie)吸(xi)引(yin)法(fa)測(ce)定(ding)小(xiao)麥(mai)粉(fen)磁(ci)性(xing)金(jin)屬(shu)物(wu)時(shi),小(xiao)麥(mai)粉(fen)中(zhong)加(jia)入(ru)添(tian)加(jia)劑(ji)對(dui)測(ce)定(ding)結(jie)果(guo)影(ying)響(xiang)不(bu)大(da),但(dan)結(jie)果(guo)明(ming)顯(xian)偏(pian)低(di),與(yu)雙(shuang)磁(ci)法(fa)相(xiang)差(cha)0.0010g/kg~0.0015g/kg;無添加劑測定結果偏低0.0010g/kg。
從表2看,隨機取樣用磁鐵吸引法測定結果亦偏低,與雙磁法最大相差偏低0.0030g/kg。不bu合he格ge品pin沒mei有you測ce出chu來lai,且qie本ben法fa雙shuang試shi驗yan結jie果guo誤wu差cha很hen大da。找zhao其qi原yuan因yin,我wo們men分fen析xi主zhu要yao是shi用yong馬ma蹄ti形xing磁ci鐵tie淌tang樣yang時shi,達da不bu到dao磁ci性xing金jin屬shu物wu測ce定ding器qi那na樣yang,樣yang品pin流liu淌tang均jun勻yun、完(wan)全(quan),容(rong)易(yi)出(chu)現(xian)遺(yi)漏(lou)的(de)地(di)方(fang)。另(ling)外(wai),被(bei)吸(xi)附(fu)在(zai)磁(ci)鐵(tie)上(shang)的(de)磁(ci)性(xing)金(jin)屬(shu)物(wu)不(bu)易(yi)刷(shua)掉(diao),少(shao)部(bu)分(fen)遺(yi)留(liu)在(zai)磁(ci)鐵(tie)上(shang),造(zao)成(cheng)結(jie)果(guo)偏(pian)低(di)。使(shi)一(yi)些(xie)磁(ci)性(xing)金(jin)屬(shu)物(wu)超(chao)標(biao)的(de)產(chan)品(pin)變(bian)成(cheng)合(he)格(ge)品(pin)流(liu)入(ru)市(shi)場(chang),危(wei)害(hai)消(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)身(shen)體(ti)健(jian)康(kang)。
雙磁法科學、易行,結果準確雙磁法采用了磁性金屬物測定儀,具有流樣均勻、完全的優點,再用磁鐵吸引,針對性強,彌補了磁性金屬物測定儀法fa漂piao洗xi時shi砂sha子zi和he添tian加jia劑ji不bu易yi去qu除chu的de不bu足zu。在zai磁ci鐵tie上shang覆fu蓋gai一yi層ceng白bai紙zhi,隻zhi要yao把ba紙zhi脫tuo離li磁ci鐵tie,輕qing撣dan一yi下xia,磁ci性xing金jin屬shu物wu就jiu可ke完wan全quan得de到dao,解jie決jue了le磁ci性xing金jin屬shu物wu不bu易yi從cong磁ci鐵tie上shang刷shua下xia來lai的de難nan題ti。操cao作zuo程cheng序xu科ke學xue、易行。測定結果真實、準確,不受添加劑的影響,比較穩定。據此,我們認為雙磁法是測定小麥粉磁性金屬物的理想方法。
