煙(yan)草(cao)屬(shu)膠(jiao)體(ti)毛(mao)經(jing)管(guan)多(duo)孔(kong)薄(bo)層(ceng)物(wu)料(liao),其(qi)熱(re)濕(shi)遷(qian)移(yi)過(guo)程(cheng)十(shi)分(fen)複(fu)雜(za)。迄(qi)今(jin)為(wei)止(zhi),國(guo)內(nei)外(wai)對(dui)煙(yan)草(cao)加(jia)工(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)吸(xi)濕(shi)現(xian)象(xiang)報(bao)道(dao)較(jiao)少(shao),對(dui)初(chu)烤(kao)煙(yan)葉(ye)回(hui)潮(chao)技(ji)術(shu)研(yan)究(jiu)的(de)報(bao)道(dao)更(geng)少(shao)。傳(chuan)統(tong)回(hui)潮(chao)方(fang)式(shi)是(shi)煙(yan)葉(ye)在(zai)自(zi)然(ran)條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia)進(jin)行(xing)回(hui)潮(chao),存(cun)在(zai)所(suo)需(xu)回(hui)潮(chao)時(shi)間(jian)較(jiao)長(chang)、煙葉水分不穩定、破碎嚴重、煙yan農nong交jiao售shou時shi間jian長chang等deng問wen題ti,嚴yan重zhong影ying響xiang煙yan葉ye收shou購gou效xiao益yi與yu質zhi量liang。隨sui著zhe近jin幾ji年nian專zhuan業ye分fen級ji散san葉ye收shou購gou的de快kuai速su發fa展zhan,對dui初chu烤kao煙yan葉ye的de回hui潮chao效xiao率lv提ti出chu了le更geng高gao的de要yao求qiu。對dui烤kao後hou煙yan葉ye回hui潮chao、suoduankaohouyanyexiakangdengdaishijiandengfangmianjinxingleyanjiu,zaicijichushang,bizhetongguoduichukaoyanyehuichaodadaofenjiyaoqiudeyanjiu,xunzhaochukaoyanyehuichaodadaoyanyefenjiyaoqiudezuijiafangshifangfa,tongguoyanjiubutongwenshiduduichukaoyanyehuichaoxiaoguodeyingxiang,weikaoyanzhuanyehuafenjisanyeshougouyanyehuichaotigongxiangguanlilunheshiyanyiju。zaixiangtongwendutiaojianxia,xiangduishiducong70%增加到90%,初烤煙葉吸濕速度呈現增加的趨勢;在相同濕度條件下,溫度從30℃增加45℃,煙葉吸濕速度則呈現降低的趨勢。總體表現為高溫低濕吸濕速度最慢,在30~45℃的範圍內,低溫高濕吸濕速度快,當溫度為30℃,相對濕度為90%時(shi),煙(yan)葉(ye)吸(xi)濕(shi)速(su)度(du)最(zui)快(kuai),效(xiao)果(guo)最(zui)好(hao)。因(yin)此(ci),通(tong)過(guo)加(jia)溫(wen)回(hui)潮(chao)初(chu)烤(kao)煙(yan)葉(ye)效(xiao)果(guo)並(bing)不(bu)理(li)想(xiang),建(jian)議(yi)收(shou)購(gou)期(qi)間(jian)在(zai)自(zi)然(ran)溫(wen)度(du)條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia)進(jin)行(xing)加(jia)濕(shi)回(hui)潮(chao)。強(qiang)製(zhi)回(hui)潮(chao)水(shui)分(fen)進(jin)入(ru)煙(yan)葉(ye)組(zu)織(zhi)內(nei)部(bu)較(jiao)慢(man),當(dang)煙(yan)葉(ye)手(shou)握(wo)不(bu)覺(jiao)幹(gan)燥(zao),不(bu)發(fa)響(xiang)聲(sheng),葉(ye)脈(mai)基(ji)部(bu)不(bu)易(yi)折(zhe)斷(duan),葉(ye)片(pian)發(fa)軟(ruan)而(er)不(bu)易(yi)破(po)碎(sui),達(da)到(dao)煙(yan)葉(ye)分(fen)級(ji)要(yao)求(qiu)時(shi),主(zhu)要(yao)是(shi)強(qiang)製(zhi)回(hui)潮(chao)煙(yan)葉(ye)的(de)表(biao)麵(mian)水(shui)在(zai)起(qi)作(zuo)用(yong)。因(yin)此(ci),初(chu)烤(kao)煙(yan)葉(ye)回(hui)潮(chao)應(ying)以(yi)下(xia)炕(kang)後(hou)自(zi)然(ran)加(jia)濕(shi)回(hui)潮(chao)和(he)分(fen)級(ji)時(shi)保(bao)濕(shi)為(wei)主(zhu),以(yi)下(xia)炕(kang)前(qian)強(qiang)製(zhi)回(hui)潮(chao)和(he)交(jiao)售(shou)分(fen)級(ji)前(qian)強(qiang)製(zhi)回(hui)潮(chao)為(wei)輔(fu)。在(zai)溫(wen)濕(shi)調(tiao)控(kong)室(shi)中(zhong)強(qiang)製(zhi)回(hui)潮(chao)結(jie)束(shu)時(shi)煙(yan)葉(ye)含(han)水(shui)量(liang)僅(jin)為(wei)9.42%~13.42%,與適宜分級的煙葉含水量14%~15%相差0.58%~5.58%。主zhu要yao原yuan因yin是shi強qiang製zhi回hui潮chao耗hao時shi短duan,煙yan葉ye表biao麵mian附fu著zhe的de水shui分fen難nan於yu滲shen透tou到dao內nei部bu,當dang強qiang製zhi回hui潮chao煙yan葉ye外wai觀guan達da到dao分fen級ji要yao求qiu時shi,主zhu要yao是shi煙yan葉ye的de表biao麵mian水shui在zai發fa揮hui作zuo用yong,而er且qie煙yan葉ye表biao麵mian葉ye水shui分fen散san失shi快kuai。
溫濕度自記儀顯示數據表示:在30~45℃、相對濕度70%~90%的條件下,煙葉具有表麵吸水快、散失快、水分滲透到組織內部較慢、組織內部水分散失慢的特性。因此建議將專業分級散葉收購的煙葉等候區和回潮室合並煙葉等候(回潮)區,采取自然溫度加濕回潮。烘烤工場煙葉回潮下炕、分級、交(jiao)售(shou),應(ying)將(jiang)煙(yan)葉(ye)在(zai)烤(kao)房(fang)中(zhong)利(li)用(yong)烘(hong)烤(kao)的(de)餘(yu)熱(re)進(jin)行(xing)強(qiang)製(zhi)回(hui)潮(chao),縮(suo)短(duan)烤(kao)房(fang)自(zi)然(ran)回(hui)潮(chao)時(shi)間(jian),提(ti)高(gao)烤(kao)房(fang)利(li)用(yong)率(lv)。下(xia)炕(kang)後(hou)的(de)煙(yan)葉(ye)盡(jin)快(kuai)進(jin)入(ru)自(zi)然(ran)加(jia)濕(shi)回(hui)潮(chao)室(shi)進(jin)行(xing)回(hui)潮(chao),待(dai)煙(yan)葉(ye)回(hui)潮(chao)一(yi)段(duan)時(shi)間(jian)後(hou)運(yun)到(dao)分(fen)級(ji)區(qu)進(jin)行(xing)保(bao)濕(shi)分(fen)級(ji)。自(zi)然(ran)條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia)煙(yan)葉(ye)強(qiang)製(zhi)回(hui)潮(chao)氣(qi)溫(wen)應(ying)低(di)於(yu)50℃,試驗發現當回潮室氣溫高於50℃,煙葉難於吸水回潮。本試驗參照專業分級散葉收購現場的特點,模擬了候煙(保濕)區、專業分級區的溫濕度環境,依據基礎加濕量、煙葉吸濕量和水分損失情況,研究專業分級散葉收購候煙(保濕)區、分級區最適宜的加濕量。
